Service Description
Develop a regular creative journaling practice. Join us for weekly live journaling and the option to join the daily morning pages zoom calls. A truly transformative practice. Each week we’ll gather in circle online for guided prompts, quiet reflection, and deep connection to ourselves and one another. We check in, explore a poem or extract of literature and then have some journaling time together, apart, before we close with optional sharing and check outs. No experience needed, just a willingness to be curious. All you need is a pen, some paper and a cup of something delicious... everything else is optional!
