The Winter Solstice Woodland Circle

Service Description

Join us under the trees and sky as we honour the changing seasons and take a moment for calm, compassionate connection. We will meet in the car park of Frylands Wood (CR0 9AA), take a short stroll through the woodland to find our place. Lauren Dye will then lead the most beautiful sound healing meditation while we settle into the space. We will then move to our circle around the fire pit and introduce ourselves. We will check in on what feels good and what feels heavy right now, followed by reflection and intention setting activities grounded in the equinox/ solstice, we will spend some time enjoying the calm and quiet of nature and have an opportunity to share with others in the circle. Ticket price includes: Hot drinks, homemade cakes, use of weighted blankets, hot water bottles etc. The only thing you need to bring is yourself and appropriate clothing to be immersed in woodland for the evening. Please note if the weather is deemed to be unsafe for the circle to take place we will relocate to an indoor venue locally, refunds will not be offered due to adverse weather conditions.
