End your week with quiet, contemplative reflection. Join our newest circle in Crystal Palace for a relaxing women's sharing circle. Once a month, on the third Friday, we meet in this special place to honour our need to create community. We gather in candlelight, share a hot drink and a homemade cake, ground ourselves in the space, share what's feeling joyful, heavy, light and dark, listen to each other, tune in to ourselves. Reflection, sharing, contemplation, discussion. There is a time and a space for that here. The world can wait. We close with a meditation and you start your weekend with grace. Float into Friday night having already carved out some time for yourself. Saturday will feel entirely different, promise.
