Time and space for you. End your day with quiet, calm compassion. Explore prepared themes and get to know a group of beautiful souls. We start with a guided meditation before exploring a theme for the evening. There is an opportunity to share with the circle before closing with relaxation. Come as you are (you can dial in from bed in your pyjamas if you wish!) and you can leave us quietly soothed into sleep by the closing relaxation. A true indulgence.
