This unique experience brings families together in a tranquil setting, beginning with a grounding intention-setting session where each family member can reflect on what they hope to bring to their lives and to each other. Following this, unwind with a soothing sound bath that harmonizes and relaxes, creating a shared calm that carries you all into the day. With mindfulness practices and a focus on meaningful bonding, this retreat offers a chance to reconnect, set intentions, and find balance together. All families, children and babies welcome, there are no expectations however children and babies seemingly always find this space relaxing and settle into the 'vibe'. Please do not worry about them remaining seated or being silent for the duration. Places limited to ensure a each family can be accommodated.
