***Price Increase End of November*** Join us as we gather in the candlelight for the annual New Years Day Retreat. This year we have the added beauty of a sound bath to ground and heal us before we begin our circle for reflection, intention setting and self compassion. The perfect way to slow down, start the new year and take some time for yourself. Lauren Dye will lead the most beautiful sound healing meditation, we will then move to our circle and introduce ourselves. We will check in on what feels good and what feels heavy, followed by reflection and intention setting activities grounded in the New Year, we will spend some time enjoying the calm and quiet after a busy festive season, before having an opportunity to reflect through journaling and share with others in the circle.
